The Gallery
Gallery Facts

Little Big House Gallery opened to the public in August of 2006. The gallery is located in an illusionistic, archetypal house designed and built by Glenn Ridler. Working in a variety of media, Glenn has created a body of artwork that is displayed at the gallery in a series of shows. Other Artists, who display mastery of their medium and innovation similar to Little Big House, are also exhibited.

The gallery is located at 323 Patten Road in Shelburne, MA. and is open most weekends from June through October from 1 – 4 p.m.  Appointments at other times are invited. For more information or directions telephone 413-625-6697 or email us.

Little Big House (referred to as the Doll House by many local people) was started in 1972 and completed in 2005. It is meant to be an artistic expression and experience for anyone passing by to enjoy. People have been attracted to the house for many years and it has gained local fame, as well as appearing in Yankee and Country Side magazines. Little Big House is an integration of art and everyday living. Opening an art gallery follows a logical progression - to create a space for the public to view Glenn's many works of art and the art of his family and friends in a pleasant, rural setting.
